Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
In separate bowls place the oat flour, in another one the milk, and in another one the panko, the spices and the coriander.
Cut the tofu in sticks of around 1 cm.
Dip each tofu stick on the flour and remove the excess.
Then dip the tofu in the milk also removing the excess.
Finally, dip the tofu in the panko mixture and press well to make sure the panko sticks to the tofu.
Place the tofu in a baking tray and make sure there's a little space between the sticks. Drizzle some olive oil and cook it for around 20-25min or until golden brown.
Remove and let it rest for a few min.
Sprinkle with coriander and serve with garlic yoghurt.
