Ingredients
1cupsoat flour
½cupoat milk or bought
½cuppeanut butter
¼cupmaple syrup
1tspvanilla essence
1tspbaking powder

Instructions
Place the oat flour, the oat milk, and the peanut butter in a bowl and mix them well.
Add the vanilla essence and the maple syrup and mix it again until you have a homogeneous dough.
Add the baking powder and fold it well into the dough.
Add the colorful sprinkles and mix them well, until they spread evenly through the dough.
With the help of an ice cream scoop, make little balls and spread them so that they form circles.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180º for approximately 20 min or until they are golden brown.
You can also use the grill mode for the last 5 min so that the cookies get nice and crispy.
Notes
If you don't want vegan cookies, you can add an egg to the mix, but you'll probably have to rectify the amount of flour.Any oleaginous butter will work in this recipe, as long as it has some fat in it. You can also add chocolate chips.
