Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites and place the egg yolks in a bowl.
Whip the egg whites on a different bowl until foamy and set aside.
Add the liquid ingredients to the egg yolks and stir well and add it to the dry mixture combining everything together.
Add the whipped egg whites and fold gently.
Scoop the batter into a hot frying pan in medium-low heat greased with coconut oil (you can make 3 or 4 at the same time depending on the size of the pan) and cook for 2/3 min.
Turn the pancakes and cook for 1/2 more min.
Repeat the process until the batter is finished.
Let the pancakes cool and serve it with yoghurt and blueberries.
