Notes
The flour can be replaced with wheat flour, spelt flour, or other flour that has the same consistency. If using rice flour, almond flour, or coconut flour, you need to pay attention to the quantities used.Stevia is a natural sweetener, which comes from a plant and is therefore considered healthier. But use whatever sugar you like best. It also works with liquid sweeteners, like maple syrup. You can serve it with whatever fruit you like, and if you're a sweet tooth, you can make a chocolate ganache.
