Strawberry Jam

frozen strawberries

maple syrup

Instructions
Strawberry Jam
Add all the ingredients in a sauce pan on medium heat and mix well.
Keep mixing until getting a ticker sauce.
Let it cool for 2/3 min and serve.
Yogurt Cups
Place the yogurt in 4 glasses.
Split the strawberry jam in each glass.
Sprinkle with whole grain corn flakes.
