Ingredients

  • 1 salad cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch radishes thinly sliced
  • 1/2 bunch dill finely chopped
  • Spring onion (optional) thinly sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • 100 ml sour cream

Instructions

  • In a large salad bowl, combine the sliced cucumber, radishes, chopped dill, and spring onions (if using).
  • Sprinkle the salad with salt to taste. You can start with a pinch and adjust according to your preference. Pour the sour cream over the vegetables.
  • Gently toss the salad to evenly coat the vegetables with sour cream and distribute the flavours.
  • For an extra refreshing touch, you can chill the salad in the refrigerator for a short time before serving. Serve the Ukrainian Salad as a side dish or a light and refreshing snack.
