Olive Tapenade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup green olives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder (better with fresh garlic)
  • A handful of parsley
  • A pinch of salt
  • Toasted bread

Instructions

  • In a food processor, combine the green olives, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and garlic powder. Pulse until the mixture reaches your desired consistency; it shouldn't be too smooth.
  • Add the parsley to the olive mixture and pulse again to incorporate the flavors.
  • Toast the bread in an air fryer or toaster until it's golden and crisp.
  • Spread a generous amount of the olive tapenade over the toasted bread.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt on top for an extra burst of flavor.
