Octopus Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 octopus tentacles or around 1300gr octopus
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 2 small onion (one of them is to cook the octopus)
  • A drizzle olive oil
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Boil the octopus with 1 onion for around 40 minutes or until softened.
  • Once cooked, let it cool and then cut it into small pieces.
  • Dice the peppers and onions, then place them in a bowl together with the octopus.
  • Add the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and coriander to the bowl, and mix well.
  • Serve and enjoy!
