tahini
Olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Water if necessary
Coriander to taste

Instructions
Start by rinsing the chickpeas very well.
Place them in a blender or in a food processor and add the garlic, the paprika, the cumin, the harissa and the lime and blend.
Scrape all the edges and add the tahini, the olive oil, the salt and pepper and the coriander and blend again.
Scrape the edges and blend until you get a smooth paste. If necessary, add cold water to make it smoother.
Top it with olive oil, poppy seeds and coriander and serve with bread or crackers.
