Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • A handful coriander
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Start by boiling the eggs for about 10 minutes until they're hard-boiled. Once done, let them cool before peeling.
  • Carefully slice each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks, transferring them to a blender.
  • Add yogurt, fresh coriander, salt, pepper and smoked paprika to the blender with the egg yolks.
  • Blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy mixture.
  • Spoon the filling back into the egg halves, ensuring an even distribution.
  • Sprinkle with more smoked paprika and fresh coriander for an extra burst of flavor.
