10 eggs

(can also use broccoli)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180ยบ.
On a large bowl add the eggs and whisk them.
Scoop the batter to a muffin tin suitable for 12 muffins (or make this process 2x if you only have a muffin tin suitable for 6 muffins).
Top it with a little extra cheese if you'd like.
Bake it for 20 min or until set.
Let it cool and serve it.
