Start by mashing the potatoes into a purée.
Add the flour, salt, pepper and olive oil and knead well.
Add the grated cheese and the pieces of meat and mix together.
Make small balls with the dough and coat them in the sesame seeds.
Place them in the air fryer for 20 min or in the pre-heated oven at 180º for about 30 min (or until golden brown).
Serve with garlic yogurt dressing and herbs.
