Cheesy Potato Balls

Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes boiled
  • 2 to 3 tbsp buckwheat flour
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • 1 cup grated parmesan and mozzarella cheese
  • 1 piece beef steak cut into small pieces or diced bacon/ham
  • Sesame seeds to coat

Optional toppings:

  • Edible flowers to decorate
  • Yogurt dressing to serve
  • Black sesame seeds
  • Herbs

Instructions

  • Start by mashing the potatoes into a purée.
  • Add the flour, salt, pepper and olive oil and knead well.
  • Add the grated cheese and the pieces of meat and mix together.
  • Make small balls with the dough and coat them in the sesame seeds.
  • Place them in the air fryer for 20 min or in the pre-heated oven at 180º for about 30 min (or until golden brown).
  • Serve with garlic yogurt dressing and herbs.
