A tasty snack that melts in your mouth. Suitable to eat it at any time and easy to carry in your bag. Or who knows, a nice snack to offer or an appetizer for a friends dinner. It gets even tastier if eaten hot, as soon as it comes out of the oven.
Incorporate all the ingredients well until it forms a uniform mixture.
Place a baking sheet on a tray and set aside.
Rinse your hands with water to make it easier to shape the loaves. Take spoonfuls of the mixture, form balls and put them on the tray.
When the process is over, place the tray into a preheated oven to 180º for 35 to 40 minutes or until the breads are golden brown.
Help yourselves and enjoy.
Notes
If you don't want too much dirt in your kitchen, I have two suggestions.
You can pour the mixture into muffin form and continue with the process. It still gets great, it's super practical, but it doesn't get that characteristic shape of cheese bread.
Another suggestion is to use an ice cream scoop to help you make the balls. This way the breads are all the same size and you don't have to shape them with your hands.
If you want to be creative, you can add fresh or dried herbs to the mix, dried tomatoes or grated beets. The taste is really good and visually they're a bang!
