bar of 70% cocoa chocolate
Instructions
Start by beating the sugar with the eggs.
Add the olive oil and grated carrots, and mix well.
Combine the oat flour, oat flakes, and salt, then mix them into the wet ingredients.
Shape the dough into cookies and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.
Melt the chocolate and drizzle it on top.
