Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1 cup fine oat flakes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 eggs small grated carrots
  • 3 Salt to taste
  • 1 bar of 70% cocoa chocolate

Instructions

  • Start by beating the sugar with the eggs.
  • Add the olive oil and grated carrots, and mix well.
  • Combine the oat flour, oat flakes, and salt, then mix them into the wet ingredients.
  • Shape the dough into cookies and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate and drizzle it on top.
