These Hazelnut and Chocolate Cookies are perfect for sharing, healthy, and super crunchy. You can make them by hand or with a mixer. Get the kids and have fun!
Add the vanilla essence and the salt and fold them.
Add the flour. If you're able to sift it, it would be better. Fold it in the mixture.
Add the baking powder and mix it well, so that it spreads evenly in the dough.
Add the chopped chocolate and hazelnuts and mix.
Make small balls with the help of an ice cream scoop and place them in a pan lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180º for 7 min or until they are golden brown.
Notes
You can use wheat flour, spelt, or whole wheat. Just pay attention if you use finer flour such as rice flour, coconut flour, etc, you'll need to adjust the quantities.Use nuts of your choice such as almonds, cashews, pistachios, etcFor an even tastier result, sprinkle a pinch of salt on top of the cookies when you take them out of the oven.
