Pumpkin and Spices Cake
This Pumpkin and Spice Cake is perfect for a tasty and different breakfast and is rich in flavor! It's very healthy as it's made with great ingredients and has a sweet but very smooth feel.

Ingredients

pumpkin puree
½
cup
brown sugar

eggs

milk
⅔

olive oil
or coconut oil
cinnamon
ginger powder
nutmeg
Salt to taste

oatmeal flour

baking powder
Pumpkin seeds to taste
Instructions
Start by mixing sugar and eggs in a bowl.
Add pumpkin and mix again.
Add the milk and the olive oil and mix well, until you get an even mixture.
Add the spices along with the salt and mix.
Add the flour, sifting it and incorporate well.
Put the baking powder and wrap it well.
Pour the dough into a mold previously greased and lined with parchment paper.
Spread the pumpkin seeds on top and place in a pre-heated oven at 170º for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
Notes
This cake works well with other ingredients such as apple puree. Just make sure you remove excess liquid.
You can also use whichever seeds you like best.
As for flours, wheat or spelled work well. For low carb flours, you will have to adapt the quantities.
