These crepes are perfect for breakfast or a family brunch. They are super easy to make and with ingredients that we usually have at home.

Ingredients
1cupoat flouror ground oat flakes
2cupswater
2eggs
Salt to taste
1½tbspolive oil
Lemon to taste
Maple Syrup to taste
Instructions
Start by adding the oat flour and salt and mix.
Add the eggs, olive oil, and water and mix well again.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour in ladles of the batter. Cook for 1 to 2 min.
Turn the crepe over and cook for another 1 to 2 min on the other side.
Repeat the process until you finish the batter.
Serve with squeezed lemon and maple syrup.
Notes
You can store these crepes in the fridge and warm them up in the pan when you eat them.Add some strawberries or other fruit, they look great!You can make the crepes with milk or half milk and half water.
