- Arugula
- Fresh raw spinach, in leaves
- Strawberries
- Cherry tomatoes
- Green currants (or green grapes)
- Burrata
- Almonds

What tricks will ensure that this Strawberries Salad with Burrata tastes just right?
- Buy good quality fruit, especially strawberries. It really makes all the difference!
- Same for the burrata. Use a good quality burrata that is super creamy.
- Use good olive oil, preferably with a more intense flavor.
- Use whole almonds for an extra crunchy texture, or coarsely chop them with a knife (I put a mix of the 2 types).
