Ingredients
- 2 csp instant coffee or 1 espresso ou 1 expresso
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ⅓ cup ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup puré de abóbora
- cinnamon
- ginger powder
- nutmeg
- ½ cup cup milk
- Cinnamon to sprinkle
Instructions
- Start by pouring the coffee, maple syrup and half of the boiling water into a tall glass or mug.
- Mix well with the help of a foaming tool.
- Add the pumpkin puree, spices and remaining water and mix well with a spoon.
- Boil the milk and with the frothing tool, froth the milk.
