Ingredients
- 2 portions spaghetti type pasta
- 1 clove of garlic
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ cup diced feta cheese
- ½ cup pasta cooking water or a little more, if necessary
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped basil to sprinkle
- 1 coarsely chopped burrata
Instructions
- Start by cooking the spaghetti according to package directions or until al dente.
- In a hot skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic and let it saute for a bit.
- Add the lemon zest and cook for a few more seconds.
- Then add the lemon juice and stir well.
- Add the feta cheese and stir well until it melts and a sauce is formed.
- Add the pasta cooking water and mix well. A creamy sauce will form.
- Add the parmesan cheese and the pepper and mix everything very well.
- Lower the heat and add the cooked pasta and incorporate it well into the sauce.
- Sprinkle with chopped basil.
